In-Store Purchases

We do not offer refunds on in-store purchases. Unused merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. DIY activities, classes, and custom items are non-refundable.

 

Online Orders

Returns for a refund are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please email us aloha@kailuabeads.com
